Had a minor oil leak that was making a mess on my concrete. The mechanic was extremely thorough, replaced the leaking valve cover gasket, and cleaned up the workspace completely before leaving. Very respectful of my property and super fair on price.

I scheduled a mechanic to do a Pre Purchase Inspection of a 2016 Toyota Rav4 LE and they had availability the very next day. They quoted me $340 which seemed a little expensive compared to other PPI mechanics, but their services seemed to be more thorough. I got the inspection done and received a comprehensive report with pictures, notes, and a list of all the current or potential issues they found. The issues they found totaled to an estimated $4000 (they did not provide an estimated cost I calculated that myself) cost to repair which made the car not worth it. Overall, the price of the PPI could be cheaper but I can't complain much because of the amount of issues they found

I would give them 10 stars if I could! They saved my bacon! I’m a medical courier so I travel all over the country. Yesterday morning, (the Sunday before Christmas 2025) my battery light started flickering mid trip. I was in the middle of nowhere WV when it happened. (Of course I was in the middle of nowhere on a Sunday morning before a major holiday, right? 😂) Here I thought I was screwed, time to bend over.. But somehow, miraculously, my car finished the trip and made it home without dying. Used the backup car for work last night, (Sunday night into Monday morning before Christmas 2025) and a long trip turned into two trips. My primary car would have never made it since the alternator was making a grinding bearing noise. Called this morning as I was coming home (10:20) and they originally gave me a 15:00 appointment the same day. I was pleased about that and was all for it. But even better, an earlier slot opened up at 11:00. I wasn’t even able to get home until 11:30 😂 So I flew home, have him the keys, and while I ran a couple errands, my car was ready before I was! INCREDIBLE service. My Honda CR-V died an hour outside of Pittsburgh and I am from out of state. Will and his team were polite and responsive! They even tried to help troubleshoot over the phone before coming out to help. They worked so hard to get my car back up and running again! They did end up having to take it into the shop for more diagnostics but they brought it right back to me after replacing my high pressure fuel pump and fuel injectors. Excellent communication and quality service! I highly recommend them!
